1. Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
    • In the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Certain types of products are exempt from being returned (such as intimate apparel, swimwear, or items marked as final sale).

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at our customer support email before sending it back.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (such as photos), and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
